The Fan Mountains (Fany) are a mountain node in the southwest of the Pamir-Alai system in Tajikistan. They are a popular destination for trekking and mountaineering due to their accessibility and unique nature. The highest point: Chimtarga Peak (5489 m). The region is famous for dozens of high-mountain reservoirs with water of different shades - from turquoise to emerald. The most famous: Iskanderkul, Alaudin, Kulikalon, Big Allo and Muddy Lakes.
